VPT Components offers UB Series Devices through ES Components. VPT Components has the largest portfolio
of JAN qualified offering of surface mount discrete transistors and diodes. Types include U, UA, UB and UBC (ceramic lid) packages.

 

UB 2N3700 Series Transistors

The VPT Components transistor product portfolio includes NPN and PNP small signal bipolar, NPN and PNP medium and high-power switching, Silicon Controlled Rectifiers, NPN and PNP qualified radiation hardened transistors, MOSFETS, and JANHC and JANKC qualified chips.

All bipolar transistor products are qualified to MIL-PRF-19500 slash sheets and are offered in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, JANS, and JANSR quality levels where applicable.

MOSFET products are offered in JANS and JANSR equivalent options. Package options for transistors include through-hole (e.g. TO-5, TO-39, TO-18, TO-46, TO-66, TO-78) and surface mount types (e.g. UA, UB and Flatpaks).

UB 1N4148 Series Diodes

VPT Components provides high-reliability discrete semiconductor products for the military, defense, satellite and aerospace industries. The VPT Components diode product portfolio includes zeners, general purpose switching diodes, temperature compensated zener reference diodes and current regulator diodes. All diode products are qualified to MIL-PRF-19500 slash sheets and are offered in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS quality levels where applicable. Package options include glass axial leaded and surface mount types such as round (UR) and square (US) end cap MELF, as well as ceramic UB.

FEATURES:

Chip versions of our diode products are also available in commercial as well as JANHC and JANKC quality levels.

UB 1N66xx Series Diodes

The VPT Components 1N66xxUB Series of switching/signal diodes feature ceramic bodied construction for military grade products per MIL-PRF-19500/578/609. These small, low capacitance diodes, with very fast switching speeds, are featured in a surface mount UB package with various polarities available.

These devices are ideally suited for high frequency data lines, RS-232 & RS-422 interface networks, and Ethernet 10 Base T, LAN & computers.

FEATURES:

  • JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS Qualification is available per MIL-PRF-19500/578/609 (see part nomenclature for all available options)

  • Surface Mount Equivalent of JEDEC registered 1N6638 - 1N6643
